Friendly staff and clean facilities: the staff at the hotel were very friendly and worked hard to keep the facilities clean and spotless. It was really nice to see their dedication and it made my stay very pleasant.

Check-in process: the check-in process was a bit confusing and frustrating. the receptionist was drunk and not very cooperative.

I was actually surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The room, although the cheapest I could find, was clean and had all the basic amenities I needed, including a wardrobe and TV. The location was great and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff, especially the gentleman who received us, were very friendly and always eager to help.
